I did not get the email code
Check your spam folder and that the email is correct. Ask for a new code and wait a few minutes before asking for another. If it still does not arrive, write to us.
How does the 7-day trial work?
The trial starts when you save your plan and pick a plan. For 7 days, everything is unlocked. We warn you 2 days before the first charge, and you are only charged if you do not cancel up to 24 hours before the end. After that, without a subscription, the plan stays saved for viewing only.
How do I cancel Premium?
On Android, open Google Play › your profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › meukanto. On iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › meukanto. Or use Profile › Manage subscription, inside the app. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you pay nothing. Your plan and everything you checked off stay saved for you to look at; to edit again, just subscribe again.
I subscribed to Premium and it did not show up
Open Profile › Restore purchases, with the same store account used for the purchase (Google Play on Android, Apple on iPhone). If it still does not show up, write to us with the account email.
How do I use my plan on another device?
Sign in with the same account (Google or email; on iPhone, also Apple). The plan, name and photo are restored right away. If both devices already have a plan, the app asks which one to use.
How do I change the date, the pace or the property?
In Profile › My plan. Each row opens only that question, and the home list is rebuilt without losing what you already checked off or created.
How do I delete my data or my account?
Profile › Delete my account deletes the account, the plan, the photo and, on iPhone, the Sign in with Apple access, and clears the data on this device.
The prices do not match my city
The amounts are estimates by region, not store prices. Adjust the state in Profile › Region and confirm the real price before buying.
Is meukanto financial advice?
No. It is a planning tool, with amounts estimated from your answers.
